* Setup Fee = 15% of the total annual commitment (TAC) for the first year. Example: Client enrolls in a wellness subscription at $50/mo with a grooming add-on at $20/mo for a TAC of ($50 + $20) x 12 = $840. The Setup Fee is 15% of that, or $126. This Setup Fee is charged with the client's first monthly payment, so their first payment would be $126 + $70 = $196, and each subsequent monthly payment would be $70. Pretty simple.
