Build your wellness plan.
Use the baxtr plan builder to choose which services to include and set your pricing. Annual exams, vaccines, bloodwork, dental, parasite prevention, grooming — whatever makes sense for your practice. You decide what's in the plan and what you charge.
Most practices start with one straightforward plan and add tiers once they see client demand. We'll help you think through the right structure for your situation during onboarding.
We guide you through setup.
Once your plan is built, our team handles the rest of the onboarding process — walking you and your staff through the platform, helping you think through how to present wellness plans to clients, and making sure you're confident before your first patient is enrolled. Guided setup, start to finish.

When a patient is enrolled, their monthly billing is configured automatically. baxtr handles payment collection, failed payment reminders, and monthly reporting.
